SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (longer during holidays/peak periods) and typically delivered within 12 business days after shipping.

Shipping Costs:

• Orders over €75: Free shipping

• Orders under €75: Calculated at checkout

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

International Orders: Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

Address Changes: Contact us immediately if you need to change your delivery address. Once production starts, changes may not be possible. If you provide an incorrect address and the package is returned or lost, you're responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Contact us with photos if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We'll resolve the issue with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

RETURNS - YOU HAVE 14 DAYS

Don't like it? Send it back within 14 days of receiving your order.

What we need:

• Unworn and unwashed

• Original condition

You pay for return shipping. Use tracked shipping - we're not responsible if it gets lost.

Wrong item or defective? We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.

Refunds: Processed within 14 days of us getting your return. You get back what you paid for the product (not the original shipping cost unless we messed up).

CANCELLATIONS

Want to cancel? Do it within 24 hours before we start printing. After that, you'll have to return it.
