1. INTRODUCTION
This website is operated by Riotwears ("Riot Wears", "we", "us", "our"), a general partnership registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 97869635, with VAT number NL868268100B01.
By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. WHO CAN ORDER
You may place an order if you:
Are 16 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent
Provide accurate and complete information
Are purchasing as a consumer or business
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
3. PRODUCTS & AVAILABILITY
All products are made-to-order after purchase. While we make every effort to fulfill orders, we cannot guarantee immediate availability of all items.
Colors and Sizing:
Product colors may vary from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings
We recommend carefully reviewing our size guides before ordering
Product images are for illustrative purposes only
We reserve the right to discontinue products at any time. If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or provide a full refund.
4. PRICES & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Prices are subject to change at any time. However, once your payment is processed, the price is locked and will not change for your order.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. You are responsible for any bank fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion fees imposed by your payment provider.
5. ORDERS & CONTRACT FORMATION
When you place an order and complete payment, a contract is formed between you and Riotwears. You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging your purchase.
Once payment is processed, your order is sent to our production partner for fulfillment, typically within 24-48 hours.
Large Orders:
Orders of 5 or more items may require additional processing time beyond our standard fulfillment period
Orders of 15 or more items require direct contact with us at info@riotwears.com for bulk pricing and custom arrangements
6. SHIPPING
For complete shipping information, including delivery times and costs, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy on our website.
International Orders: Customers outside the EU are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees. We cannot predict or control these charges.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted only before production begins. Once we have sent your order to our production partner (typically within 24-48 hours of payment), cancellations are no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at info@riotwears.com. If production has already started, you will need to receive the item and follow our standard return policy.
8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return items for a refund.

This policy applies equally to consumers and businesses.
9. PRODUCT QUALITY & WARRANTY
Our products are designed for normal wear and use. We guarantee that products are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
We are NOT responsible for:
Color variations between your screen and the actual product
Ordering the wrong size (size guides are provided for all products)
Normal wear and tear, fading, or deterioration over time
Damage resulting from improper care, washing, or storage
Damage from misuse, alterations, or modifications
Shrinkage or damage caused by not following care instructions
We ARE responsible for:
Defective products due to manufacturing errors
Incorrect items shipped
Products damaged during shipping
Defects must be reported within 2 months of receiving your order. Contact us at info@riotwears.com with photos of the issue.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Riotwears is not liable for:
Delays or failures caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other third parties
Issues resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Customs fees, duties, or import taxes
Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.)
Website downtime or technical issues beyond our control
Losses or damages resulting from customer misuse of products
Our liability is limited to repair, replacement, or refund of defective products, at our discretion.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or matters that cannot be excluded under Dutch or EU consumer protection law.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, logos, text, and other content on our website are the exclusive property of Riotwears and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute our designs or content
Use our designs for commercial purposes
Create derivative works based on our products or designs
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
12. CUSTOMER FEEDBACK & SUBMISSIONS
General Feedback: Any general feedback, suggestions, product reviews, or ideas you submit to us become our property. We may use this feedback without compensation or attribution to you.
Design Collaborations: If you wish to collaborate with us on custom designs or special projects, this will be handled through a separate written agreement on a case-by-case basis. Unsolicited design submissions remain your property unless we reach a separate agreement.
13. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
Provide accurate contact, shipping, and payment information
Check your email (including spam folder) for order updates
Follow product care instructions
Review size guides before ordering
Pay all applicable customs duties and import fees for international orders
14. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services to:
Engage in illegal activities
Violate any laws or regulations
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Submit false or misleading information
Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
Harass, abuse, or harm others

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the competent courts of the Netherlands.
For EU consumers, nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
